KNOCKOUT FITNESS

Whether you're looking to take your kickboxing skills to the next level or just putting the gloves on for the first time, Knockout Fitness is where its at!


Knockout Fitness offers small group classes for boxing, strength and conditioning and one-on-one personal training sessions, providing the attention you need to take full advantage of your workout. Focusing on alignment and proper form, they'll meet you at your level, then coach you to kick it up a notch and bring the intensity. Once you've taken a class at Knockout, you'll walk out the door feeling powerful and quite frankly, BA and ready to come back for more!



STAFF

Walk in and first thing, the front desk greets you, signs you in and provides you with any necessary equipment you'll need for class. They'll answer any questions you have, show you around the facilities and ask you about your individual fitness goals. Their coaches are certified personal trainers who aim to get you to where you want to be in the safest, funnest way possible. There's an inclusive, judgement-free atmosphere at Knockout that's really refreshing to walk into.



CLEANLINESS

The gym has an open layout with designated areas for boxing and strength conditioning. Each station is neatly organized with everything you'll need to have a great workout while still feeling open and spacious.


Don't have your own boxing gloves? No biggie, they have some there you can use for class and afterwards? Enjoy one of their delicious protein smoothies (vegan options available!! As always, please ask about ingredients before you purchase).



WORKOUT

With a background in HIIT (high intensity interval training) and a relatively new found love for kickboxing, I genuinely loved this class. 3 rounds of heavy bag boxing alternating with 3 rounds of strength and conditioning (think weighted squats and box jumps) leave you just on the edge of your comfort zone while feeling totally capable and powerful.


In comparison with other kickboxing classes I've taken, this one was definitely set apart from the rest. Come to think of it, it's never really been explained to me WHY certain jabs are thrown a certain way. Knockout Fitness it all about form and alignment and that's exactly what you get when you take one of their classes. The coach's helpful cues and tips made a significant improvement in my performance and I could feel the difference in my movements and in my muscles. Although the structure of class doesn't change, no workout is the same. The trainers are always switching up the intervals and boxing sequences to keep you on your toes!



MUSIC

Bring on the intensity! Class is set to a motivating rap playlist, but not cranked up to "stun" so that you're unable to hear the trainer's instructions. Even if you're not a fan of rap music, you'll find yourself wanting to blast it!



ENERGY

If you want to take your fitness journey to the next level or just try something new, take a class at Knockout Fitness. You will be pushed, you will feel powerful and you will have a BLAST doing it!

New students can try a demo class on the house and I highly recommend that you do! The passion and expertise the staff at Knockout Fitness has is truly exceptional and something you're going to want to be a part of! They offer great membership packages and student specials. They strive to help you with your individual fitness goals and will provide you with the tools you need to achieve them . Regular pricing is typical and definitely worth it!
